Mirin Chicken: Combine 1/3 cup Kikkoman Kotteri Mirin, 1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce, 3-1/2 teaspoons Oriental sesame oil and 1 clove garlic, pressed; pour over 6 boneless chicken breast halves in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat all pieces well. Refrigerate 2 hours; turning bag over occasionally. Broil chicken 4 to 5 inches from heat source 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Makes 6 servings. Refrigerate after opening
