Goes great in: Smoothies; coffee; cereal. Refrigerate after opening. 1. Remove plastic seal and pour spout from carton. Avoid contact with pour spout point. 2. Align pour spout point next to triangle on carton top and insert straight down into foil seal. Do not turn or reinsert spout. This may cause spout to come off easily. 3. Firmly press pour spout down to seal any gaps. Cap will be at an angle. Once opened consume within 3 days.
