Directions
You will need: 5 cups of zucchini or other vegetable noodles (about 14 oz); 2 tbsp. water; 1 tbsp. unsalted butter. Directions: Makes 5 Servings. To make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix 1 pouch of seasoning with water. Set aside. 2 In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat until butter is bubbling. Add in zucchini or other vegetable noodles. Saute for one minute. Add sauce from step 1. Saute for another 15 seconds and serve immediately. Great with vegetable noodles.
