Directions
Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Skillet: place frozen patties in uncovered skillet. Fry on medium setting for 9 minutes on each side (18 minutes total).* Oven broiler: preheat broiler for 4 minutes. Place frozen patties on broiler rack or pan. Broil for 6 minutes on each side (12 minutes total).* Grill: cook frozen patties on grill approximately 1-1/2"to 2" over hot coals or on a gas grill set to about 325 degrees. Grill for 11 minutes on each side (22 minutes total).* *Cooking times are approximate. Always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor. Cook to 160 degrees F. Cooking ground beef to 160 degrees F kills harmful bacteria which could cause serious illness. Use a thermometer. Put cooked beef on a clean plate.
