Victoria Francese Sauce for Chicken, Veal and Seafood


 

Directions

Serving instructions: Dip four chicken cutlets (or veal cutlets) in flour or bread crumbs. Brown cutlets on both sides in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil. When the cutlets are cooked through, cover with Francese sauce and heat until sauce is steaming hot. Serve immediately. Serves four. Refrigerate after opening.
