You will need: 1 pkg. pioneer smoky bbq pulled pork seasoning mix. 2-1/2 – 3 lb. Pork shoulder roast, boneless, well-trimmed. ½ cup ketchup. ¼ cup water (instant pot). Slow Cooker Preparation (prep time: 5 minute / cook time: 4 or 8 hours). 1. Place pork in slow cooker. 2. Mix in a small bowl, seasoning and ketchup until blended. Pour over pork then cooker. 2.
