Directions: 1. Bring water to a full rolling boil. 2. Blend country gravy mix with cool water. Mix or whisk until lump free. Set gravy mix blend aside. 3. Pour the gravy mix blend into the boiling water. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until thickened. Remove from heat. Yield: 2 cups: Boling water - 1 1/2 cups; gravy mix 3/4 cup; cool water. Yield: 8 cups: Boiling water 6 cups; gravy mix - 1 box (11 oz.); Cool water - 2 cups. Tip: You can also prepared in the microwave. For 2 cups: 1. Add 3/4 cup of mix to 1/2 cup of water and whisk together. Set gravy mix blend aside. 2. Microwave 1 1/2 cups of water for 2 minutes. 3. Add this water to the gravy mix blend. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir before serving. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate.
