Brew. Better. Our tools of choice are a kettle on the boil and either a French press or a manual cone filter. For absolute freshness, grind your beans just before brewing. The ideal ratio for a great cup? Two tablespoons of ground coffee for every six ounces of water. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil. Let it stand about 30 seconds before introducing it to your coffee. Oh, happy day! No fridges, no freezers, no funny business.
