Whipping Instructions: Best results if bowl and beaters are chilled before whipping. Fill bowl so that the beaters are not covered more than 1/3 with cream. Whip on high speed until stiff, approximately 2-1/2 minutes. For sweetened whipped cream: 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla, 1 tablespoons sugar. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and sugar; continue to whip on medium speed until firm. Use immediately. Keep refrigerated. Use within 7 days of opening. But not later than date stamped above.
