For Great Tasting Tacos Ingredients 1 packet Ortega Fish Taco Seasoning Mix 1/4 cup of water 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided 2 lbs. firm white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, halibut), cut into 1-inch strips, or large shrimp, peeled and deveined 8-12 Ortega Yellow Corn Taco Shells Directions 1. Combine Ortega Fish Taco Seasoning Mix with water and 1 tbsp. oil. 2. Pour over fish or shrimp and marinate for 5 minutes. 3. Heat remaining1 tbsp. oil in 12-inch skillet and add fish or shrimp with marinade. 4. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. 5. Serve in warm Ortega Taco Shells with your favorite toppings.
