Instructions for Use: Step 1: Apply a thin layer of color to clean lips and allow it to dry completely (about 2 minutes). Step 2: Apply conditioning balm topcoat for shine and comfort. Reapply as needed to refresh throughout the day. To remove, use oil-based make-up remover. Good for 24 months once opened.
