Preparation Instructions for Pudding: Total milk needed: 1-1/2 gallons (5.69 liters or 24 cups) 1. Pour 1-1/2 gallons (5.69 liters or 24 cups) of cold milk into 12-quart mixer bowl. 2. Slowly add contents of package while mixing on low using a wire whip. Periodically scrape down bowl. 3. Mix for 4- 4- 1/2 minutes or until smooth. Pour immediately into dessert dishes. Pudding will set in 15 minutes. 4. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Low fat milk can be substituted. Yield: 50 (1/2 cup) (120 ml) servings. Preparation Instructions for Pie Filling: 1. Mix on medium speed for 2-2 1/2 minutes or until smooth. Pour immediately into prepared pie crusts. Pie filling will set in 15 minutes. 4. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Yield: 5 (10-inch) (25 cm) pies; 6 (9-inch) (23 cm) pies.
