Directions

Basic Directions: 1. Pour 3 quarts cold milk into 12-quart mixer bowl. 2. Using wire whip, gradually pour in contents of package, mixing on medium speed 1 minute. 3. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium speed 2 minutes. 4. Immediately portion into prepared crust. 5. Chill at least I hour prior to serving. Using whole milk results in the richest cheesecake. Reduced fat, low-fat, skim or reconstituted non-fat dry milk can be substituted. Yield: 23 cups Cheesecake filling. 46 (1/2 cup). 6 (9-inch) pies. Preparation Instructions for 1 (9-inch) Springform: 1. Pour 5-1/4 cups milk into medium mixing bowl. 2. Add 1.75 lb dry mix Royal Cheesecake Filling. 3. Mix on medium speed one minute. 4. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium speed 2 minutes. 5. Immediately portion into prepared crusts. 6. Chill at least one hour prior to serving. Yield: 20 (1/2 cup) servings. 1 (9-inch) springform pan cheesecake. Partial Bag Preparation: 1/4 Bag (1 lb.) = Use 3 cups milk and follow the remaining steps above. 1/2 Bag (2 lb.) = Use 6 cups milk and follow the remaining steps above.
