Keep Refrigerated. Lightlife Soy Tempeh is rich in protein with 22g per serving. Tempeh can be sauteed, grated, stewed or baked for a variety of main courses from sandwiches to stirfries. To Fry: Cut into 1/4" thick slices; heat in well oiled skillet with 2 tbsp. soy sauce until golden brown on both sides. Season to taste. Occasional dark areas on tempeh are a result of the natural culturing process and do not indicate spoilage. Will keep for 5-7 days tightly wrapped and refrigerated after opening.
