Stove Top: In a saucepan, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil. Add frozen broccoli. Gently stir until water returns to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen broccoli and 3 tablespoons water into 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Let stand covered for 1 minute. Season to taste; stir and serve. Caution: Product and container may be hot. Note: Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave in bag. For safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. How to cook ‘em. Do not thaw and refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
