Simmer 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring constantly. Drain: season to taste. Microwave: In microwave-safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 2-3 tablespoons water; cover. Microwave (High) 4-8 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly) or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking.
