All the authorized varieties are planted on its 230 acres with, for the red wine 67% Grenache, 22% Syrah. 5% Mourvedre and 6% all others. It is full of fruit and spicy flavours and is ready for immediate consumption. Serve at 61 degrees F in large glasses.
