Duff Goldman Pink Cadillac Premium Cake Mix

What you will need: First: preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease two 8-inch (20.3 cm) round pans and dust with flour or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Mix: mix in a large bowl, until moistened: Cake mix. 3 large egg whites (no yolks). 1 cup water. 1/2 pink color packet (included). 1/3 cup oil. Beat: beat 2 minutes at medium speed or 450 strokes by hand. Pour batter into pans. Bake: bake at 350 F degrees until done (see times listed below) or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 15 to 20 minutes (tube pan 25 min.). Remove from pan and cool top side up. Cool completely before frosting. Two 8 in (20.3 cm) round layers - 28-32 min. Two 9 in (22.9 cm) round layers - 24-28 min. One 13 in x 9 in (33 cm x 22.9 cm) pan - 28-32 min. One 10 in (25.4 cm) pan or fluted tube pan - 33-38 min. 24-30 cupcakes (fill 1/2 full) - 14-17 min. Frost: use all or part of the remaining pink color packet to tint the frosting in a creative way.
