You Will Need: 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened 1 egg. 1. Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat butter, egg and Chocolate Cookie Mix with hand mixer until blended. Freeze 15 min. Meanwhile, break off 6 small rectangles from White Chocolate Bar, then break each small rectangle in half. Reserve remaining chocolate for later use. Reserve 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Cookie Crumbs for later use: pour remaining Chocolate Cookie Crumbs into shallow dish. 2. Scoop chilled cookie dough into 12 mounds. using 1 Tbsp. dough for each mound: flatten each into 2-inch round. Place 1 piece of White Chocolate on the center of each round. Mold dough around chocolate to completely enclose chocolate. 3. Roll in Chocolate Cookie Crumbs in shallow dish, place on parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cookies are puffed and set around the edges. Cool 5 min. Transfer to wire racks. 4. Microwave reserved White Chocolate Bar in microwaveable bowl on high 1 min. or until melted. stirring after 30 sec.; drizzle over warm cookies. Top with reserved Chocolate Cookie Crumbs. Note: The melted white chocolate will harden as it sits. Make Drizzling Easy. Spoon the melted white chocolate into a small sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Cut a small corner off the bag. then use to drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies.
