Microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir macaroni & cheese and replace film. Microwave an additional 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! Conventional oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slit film to vent. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 24 to 26 minutes.
