Storage and handling: Ship and store at ambient temperature, not to exceed 85 degrees F. Age and cool storage conditions will cause this product to thicken. Product should be stirred when opened. Re-secure lid after opening and store in a dry place. Dampness may promote mold growth. Refrigeration will prolong open shelf life. Suggested use: Ice cream. Stir well, then add 2 quarts base to 4.5 gallons of mix (10% by volume of total mix).
