Directions

Put 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to four times daily or as directed by a physician. Store at 15 degrees -25 degrees C.

Active Ingredients: Polyvinyl Alcohol 0.5% w/v, Povidone 0.6% w/v, Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride 0.05% w/v. Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Dibasic Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Chloride, Monobasic Sodium Phosphate, Dextrose, Sodium Bicarbonate, Edetate Disodium, Benzalkonium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Chloride.
