Serving suggestion: 12 years to adult - 1 packet mixed with 4 oz. hot water. Serving suggestion: Add packet contents to 4 oz. (1/2 cup) hot water. Stir until contents have dissolved. Enjoy prior to sleep. For lighter taste and flavor, add to 6 oz. (3/4 cup) hot water. Store at room temperature.
