Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: simply remove all packaging & cook from frozen as follows. For best results, cook in the oven. Defrosted: oven - 30 minutes. Defrost Quorn roast in refrigerator overnight prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Carefully pierce film around roast 3-4 times - do not remove the film. Pierce roast on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes until hot throughout and golden brown. Let roast stand for 5 minutes before carefully removing the outer film. Caution: end clips will be hot. Serve immediately. Frozen: oven - 50 mins. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Carefully pierce film around the roast 3-4 times - do not remove the film. Place roast on cookie sheet and bake for 50 minutes until hot throughout and golden brown. Let roast stand for 5 minutes before carefully removing the outer film. Caution: end clips will be hot. Serve immediately. Note: ovens vary. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Storage instructions: keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. Once thawed cook within 24 hours. After cooking Quorn Turk'y roast will keep for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
