Serve chilled: preferred method: Remove from bag; run under cold water 7-10 minutes or thaw in refrigerator overnight. Serve warm: this is a fully cooked product. Heating instructions apply for those who enjoy their crab served warm. Do not over heat. Steam: fill bottom of a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for about 4-6 minutes. If frozen, steam for 6-8 minutes. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
