Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. 2. Fill air fryer basket with half bag of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook for 12-16 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Stove Top Skillet: 1. Preheat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Evenly spread half bag of frozen potatoes across cooking surface to a thickness of about 1/2 - 1 inch. 3. Cook for 5 minutes, turn potatoes over, and cook an additional 5 minutes. Cooking Directions: For Food Safety: Keep frozen, do not thaw. Cook as directed. Read and follow cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary.
