Directions

Do not consume before baking. Must be stored below - 10 degrees F until baked. Handling directions: Store in freezer - 10 degrees F (handle like ice cream) until ready to use. When ready thaw batter for 24 hours in cooler/retarder. Note: if batter is left thawed in cooler for extended periods of time - product performance may be compromised. Remove thawed batter from the cooler and use as needed, returning the unused portion to the cooler immediately. Thawed batter should not be refrozen. Freezer shelf life: 180 days from date of manufacture. Thawed batter shelf life: 3 to 5 days (refrigerated). Baked muffin shelf life: 1 day in case; 3 to 5 days in wrapped package. Scaling: scoop #: 16. Weight: 2.5 to 3 oz. Baking: Rack. Temp: 350 degrees to 360 degrees F. Time: 18 to 25 minutes. Convention: 325 degrees to 330 degrees F. Time: 18 - 25 minutes.
