Usage: For 2 mildly thick (nectar-like) consistency, add one packet to 6 fl oz liquid. For 3 moderately thick (honey-like) consistency, add one packet to 4 fl oz liquid. The amount of thickener may need to be adjusted to meet individual requirements, facility standards, type of liquid or serving temperature. This product is only appropriate for use in individuals greater than 3 years old. Directions for use in liquids: Slowly add contents of packet to liquid while stirring briskly. Stir for 15 seconds. Re-stir before serving. Liquid will thicken within 1-5 minutes for many beverages. Store in a cool, dry place.
