Directions

Keep frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Leave lasagna in tray and place on a cookie sheet. Heat uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until hot throughout. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in the top of overwrap. Place lasagna with overwrap in oven. Heat on high 5 minutes. If necessary, rotate tray 1/4 turn. Heat on medium 2-3 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging and transfer product to a similar-size toaster oven-safe dish. Heat uncovered at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, or until hot throughout. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only.

After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to-prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Amy's vegetable lasagnas are extremely popular. However, we do get requests from customers (especially kids) for a traditional cheese lasagna without vegetables. So we asked our chef, Fred, to create one that would appeal to both children and adults. Amy's cheese lasagna is made with tender organic pasta, a simple tasty marinara sauce and five cheeses carefully chosen for flavor and creaminess. That's it. No chemicals, no preservatives. Just plain delicious. 0 g trans fat - no added MSG - no preservatives. No GMOs - no bioengineered ingredients. All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST hormone-free milk and do not contain animal enzymes or animal rennet. *100% Pure herbs & spices (no hidden ingredients).
