Dredge meat in breader until coated. 4. Place meat on rack or foil-lined baking sheet. 5. See cook times below. Bone-in pork chops: 15 to 22 minutes or until cooked through. Boneless pork chops: 13 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Bake thicker cut chops 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cooked through. For a different taste, brush with dijon mustard or butter before coating.
