Keep frozen. Must be cooked thoroughly. For food safety and quality: keep frozen. Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil; preheat over medium. Add burger and cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, half way through cooking. Serve. Microwave (1100 watts): Place one burger on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high 1 minute 15 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds. Serve. Grill: Lightly coat grill with oil; preheat on medium. Grill burgers 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, half way through cooking. Serve.
