Use This Product To: Attack bugs. Kill bugs on contact. Use indoors or outdoors to kill flies, mosquitoes, and other listed bugs on contact. To kill multiple indoor flying bugs, spray until room is thoroughly misted and mist will kill bugs. To kill just one or two stray wasps or hornets indoors, spray them directly. Use Other Raid Products To: Kills bugs at the source. Control bugs. For heavy infestations, first use a Raid Fogger or Fumigator product. Read the label to find the right product for your bug problem. Directions for Use: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. For use in residential areas only. Shake before using. Point spray nozzle away from face and press button, holding container as upright as possible. Restrictions: Do not enter or allow others to enter the treated area until the sprays have dried. Do not allow people or pets to enter treated area until vapors, mists and aerosols have dispersed, and the treated area has been thoroughly ventilated. Wait 2 hours after application, then open windows, vents and doors for 2 hours. If an odor is still detected, additional ventilation is required. Remove pets, birds and cover fish aquariums and ornamental fish ponds before spraying, and turn aquarium systems off. In the home, cover all food processing surfaces and utensils during treatment or thoroughly wash utensils before use. Cover exposed food and remove utensils in serving areas. Application is prohibited directly to sewers or drains, or to any area like a gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies or aquatic habitat can occur. Do not allow to enter indoor or outdoor drains. Follow proper disposal procedures on this label. All outdoor spray applications must be limited to spot or crack-and-crevice treatments only, except for the following permitted uses: 1. Application to pervious surfaces such as soil, lawn, turf, and other vegetation; 2. Applications to underside of eaves, soffits, doors, or windows permanently protected from rainfall by a covering, overhang, awning, or other structure; 3. Applications around potential exterior pest entry points into man-made structures such as doorways and windows, when limited to a band not to exceed one inch; 4. Applications to vertical surfaces directly above pervious surfaces, such as soil, lawn, turf, mulch or other vegetation only if the pervious surface does not drain into ditches, storm drains, gutters, or surface waters. Spot treatments must not exceed two square feet in size (2 ft. by 1 ft. or 4 ft. by 0.5 ft.). For soil or foliar applications, do not apply by ground within 25 feet of lakes, reservoirs, rivers, permanent streams, marshes or natural ponds, estuaries and commercial fish farm ponds. Do not spray the product into fish pools, ponds, streams, or lakes. Do not apply directly to sewers or storm drains, or to any area like a drain or gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies, or aquatic habitat can occur. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application. Do not apply directly to impervious horizontal surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, and patios except as a spot or crack-and-crevice treatment. Do not apply or irrigate to the point of runoff. Do not make applications during rain. Avoid making applications when rainfall is expected before the product has sufficient time to dry (minimum 4 hours). Rainfall within 24 hours after application may cause unintended runoff of pesticide application. Treat surfaces to ensure thorough coverage but avoid runoff. To treat insects harbored in voids and cracks-and-crevices, applications must be made in such a manner to limit dripping and avoid runoff onto untreated structural surfaces and plants. To Kill Flying Insects: Indoors: Flies, mosquitoes, small flying moths, non-bitting gnats, fruitflies: with Raid Flying Insect Killer 7 there is no need to spray directly at flying insects-the mist in the air will ill them. Close all doors and windows. Spray Raid Flying Insect Killer 7 up into the air with a sweeping motion, keeping about 3 feet from interior walls, fabrics and furniture, until the room is thoroughly misted. Do not remain in treated area. Keep room closed for 2 hours. Ventilate room thoroughly before reentry. For fast knockdown, spray directly at insects keeping about 3 feet from interior walls, fabrics, and furniture. For residual control of mosquitoes during the night: treat the room at the rate of 8-10 seconds of spray per 1000 cubic feet. Close doors and windows, spray in a slight upward direction covering all areas of the room, staying about 3 feet from walls, fabrics and furniture. After spraying, close the door as you leave the room. Keep doors and windows closed for about 2 hours before re-entering. Doors and windows may then be reopened. In kitchens, treat areas that may attract these insects: around windows, sinks and garbage cans. Cover or remove exposed food, utensils and food. handling equipment. For residual control of insects, spray screens and around doors and windows where insects enter the house from a distance of about 18" inches. Also, spray screens and doorways on patios. Check for potential staining and damage in an inconspicuous place before complete treatment. Wasps, Hornets, Yellow Jackets and Asian Lady Beetles: Spray directly at stray insects that enter building. Outdoors: Flies, mosquitoes, small flyng moths, Asian lady beetles, non-biting gnats, fruitflies, boxelder bugs: to reduce annoyance of these insects, spray area when air is calm for best results. If a slight breeze is blowing, spray with the wind, allowing the spray to drift over the area to be treated staying at least 3 feet from plants and bushes. Allow a couple of minutes for product to take effect. Give special attention to breeding areas such as garbage cans and compost piles. Treat these areas from a distance of about 18" when possible. When spraying in garages be careful that spray does not contact painted surfaces of vehicles. Storage and Disposal: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or open flame. Disposal: Do not puncture or incinerate! If Empty: This container may be recycled in the few but growing number of communities where steel aerosol can recycling is available. Before offering for recycling, empty the container by using the product according to the label. If recycling is not available, place in trash. If Partially Filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 800-529-3394 for disposal instructions.
