HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Thaw beef and gravy. Cut open corner of Au Jus gravy bag. 2. Pour contents of Au Jus bag into saucepan. 3. Using spatula, scrape remaining contents of bag into saucepan. 4. Bring Au Jus to boil, then turn off the heat. 5. Let Au Jus to cool 3-5 minutes (approximate serving temperature is 165°F). 6. Remove Italian-Style Beef from its package and place beef in Au Jus for about a minute. 7. Take out beef and place on a French bread roll. 8. Dip sandwich in Au Jus for a "Wet Italian Beef." Beef is FULLY COOKED and needs only to be warmed.
