Over twelve years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease after being sick a majority of my childhood into high school. The only remedy- A gluten free diet! My love for baking and cake decorating has led me to pursue our bakery. Contrary to popular belief, gluten free baked goods can taste great! Our products are made in a 100% gluten free and kosher certified facility with the top natural ingredients and no preservatives. All of our bread lines are gluten free, dairy free, egg free making them 100% vegan along with Non-GMO.
