Refrigerate or freeze after opening. Preparing: Remove pizza crust from package. Lightly brush crust with olive oil. Top crust with desired ingredients. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 4560 degrees. Lower oven temperature to 425 degrees. Bake on oven rack cookie sheet (middle position) for 41/2 -10 minutes. Slice and enjoy. Hint: for a crisper crust, broil until desired appearance is achieved.
