Heating Instructions: Conventional oven (preferred method): preheat oven to 350 degrees F, with rack in center. Remove all plastic packaging. Place the quiche on a baking sheet. Heat for approximately 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: Remove all plastic packaging and aluminum pan and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat for approximately 4-5 minutes at high power (heating times and temperature may vary. For food safety and best product quality, heat to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Keep refrigerated.
