Directions

Stove top directions: In a medium saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup 2% milk and 1 tablespoon butter to a boil.* Stir in contents of package. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sauce will thicken upon standing. About 2-3 minutes. Microwave directions: In a 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup 2% milk and 1 tablespoon butter and contents of package.* Microwave uncovered at high (full power) 13 to 14 minutes or until pasta is tender.** Stir. Sauce will thicken upon standing. *For a lower calorie side dish (1/2 cup serving), use 2 cups water without milk or butter (120 calories). **Microwave ovens may vary, adjust times as needed.
