Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: keep frozen until ready to use. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Thaw individual burger by placing in microwave and heating on 50% power for 1 minute. 2. Place thawed burger in a non-stick skillet and cook over medium-low heat for 6-7 minutes, turning as needed to promote even browning. In the microwave*: 1. Place burger on a microwave safe plate. 2. Microwave on high, turning burger over halfway through the cooking time. 3. Microwaving more than 2 burgers at one time is not recommended. 4.
