Arrowhead Mills Organic Cake Mix Vanilla

Store in a cool dry place. Yield: 2-8 inch cake pans, 1-9x13 inch rectangle pan. 1 package Arrowhead Mills® organic vanilla cake mix. 1 1/4 cup milk, West Soy® soy milk or Rice Dream® rice milk. 1/2 cup Spectrum® canola oil (or 4 oz butter). 2 eggs or egg substitute. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place wet ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, mix for approximately 2 minutes. Add cake mix and beat 2 to 3 minutes until well combined with a smooth texture. 3. Pour the batter into greased pan(s). Bake for approximately 20-24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 4. Remove from oven and allow pan to cool completely, approximately 20 minutes, before frosting. Enjoy!
