Smoked Applewood Honey Glaze: Mix 3 parts honey with 1 part Wright's Liquid Smoke Applewood. Applewood Smoked Burgers: Mix 1-2 tsp Wright's Liquid Smoke per pound of ground meat. Marinades: Mix 1 part Wright's Liquid Smoke to 3 parts water. Marine pork, ribs, beef, poultry 10-15 min. per side. Fish 5-10 min. per side. Longer for smokier flavor. Spritz: Keep a spray bottle filled with 4 parts Wright's Liquid Smoke and 1 part water to spray on foods when grilling, broiling or roasting. Baste: Poultry, fish and meats with 1/2 cup Wright's Liquid Smoke mixed with 1-1/3 cup butter, margarine or oil.
