Arrowhead Mills Organic Brownie Mix

Store in a cool dry place. Yield: 20 servings in 9x13 inch pan. 1 package Arrowhead Mills® organic brownie mix. 1/2 cup Spectrum® canola oil. 1/4 cup water. 2 eggs or egg substitute. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs or egg substitute and water. Stir about 50 strokes or until well blended. 3. Spread into a lightly oiled 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for approximately 22-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean or nearly clean. 4. Allow brownies to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Stir-in option: 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Low fat brownie recipe: Prepare and bake brownies according to basic recipe, replacing the oil with 1/2 cup applesauce. Reduces fat from 7g to 2g per serving.
