Serving suggestion: 12 years to adult - 1 packet mixed with 4-6 oz hot water. Serving suggestion: add packet contents to 4 oz (1/2 cup) hot water. Stir until contents have dissolved. For lighter taste and flavor, add to 6 oz (3/4 cup) hot water. Up to four times daily. Store at room temperature.
