Directions for use: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees or 1/8 inch oil in skillet to medium high. 2. Moisten 1/2 inch pork chops with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with breader by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breader on plate. 4. Deep fry 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Pan fry 5-8 minutes per side or until golden brown. Oven-fry in lightly greased baking pan. Spray breaded pork chop lightly with oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
