To Replace Batteries: Unscrew end cap and remove battery cartridge. Insert batteries into cartridge. Insert batteries in cartridge with (-) end against spring. Reinsert cartridge into light with spring end first. Lumens = Brightness: A measure of the total power of light emmitend. The higher the number, The brighter the light.
