Nestle Carnation Rich & Chocolatey Famous Fudge Kit

Store at room temperature and avoid extreme temperatures. For 1 batch you will use: 1 Can of Carnation® evaporated milk. 1 Bag of Nestle® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels. 1 Bag of marshmallows. 1 Bag of sugar mix. 1 Gift tray (8" x 8" pan lined with aluminum foil can be used in place of tray provided). You will also need to add 2 tablespoons of butter. Combine sugar mix, evaporated milk and butter in medium, heavy-duty sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, stir constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add morsels & marshmallows all at once. Stir vigorously until morsels and marshmallows are melted. Immediately pour the mixture into tray; smooth top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Serve and store: cut into pieces and serve, or cover and refrigerate. Cutting tip: Before cutting, remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Dip sharp knife into hot water and wipe dry. Cut fudge, wiping clean after each slice and repeat.
