Additional Ingredients Needed: Water & butter. Optional: 1/2 cup chopped ham. Stove Top: In 5-6 quart pot, bring 7 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in contents of Creamy Potato Soup Mix and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir well. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until potatoes are cooked and soup has thickened. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Serve. Enjoy! Makes about one cup servings.
