Stove Top: In a covered 5-6 quart pot, bring 8 cups of water to rolling boil. Whisk in contents of White Bean Chicken Soup Mix. Stir well. Add the chicken, white beans and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir well. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are cooked and soup ha slightly thickened. Stir. Serve. Enjoy!
