Kwellada-P Creme Rinse, Kwellada-P Apres-Shampooing

1. Shampoo the hair with a conditioner-free shampoo, rinse with water and thoroughly towel dry. 2. Shake Kwellada-P Creme Rinse well before using. 3. With scissors, snip off the tip of the enclosed applicator cap. 4. Unscrew cap on bottle and replace with the applicator cap. 5. Apply sufficient Kwellada-P Creme Rinse to saturate hair and scalp (25-50 ml). 6. Leave on for 10 minutes. 7. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with towel. 8. Remove dead lice and nits (eggs). See package insert for further information. 9. Store unused product by removing the applicator cap from the bottle and replacing it with the original cap. Store the product between 15 degrees C - 30 degrees C. Rinse the applicator cap and air dry. A single application is usually sufficient but a second application may be required 7 days after the first application if you see live lice or nits (eggs). Check all family members and treat them if necessary to prevent re-infestations.

Medicinal ingredient: Permethrin 1% (w/w). Non-Medicinal ingredients: (Alpha) Carbomer, Isopropyl Alcohol, Lauryl Alcohol, Polyoxyethylene 4 Lauryl Ether, Polyquaternium 10 Polymer, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Stearalkonium Chloride, Trolamine.

Warnings

Caution: do not use if allergic to permethrin, any synthetic pyrethroid or pyrethrins, chrysanthemums or any ingredients in this product. Discontinue use if reaction occurs.
Precautions: for external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth and other mucous membranes as well as wounds and broken skin. This product may irritate the eyes. In case of contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
If swallowed, contact a doctor or Poison Control Centre immediately. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use Kwellada-P creme rinse on children under 2 years of age. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing or planning to breastfeed. Read package insert for detailed information before using this product.
