Shake well. For Recipe Purposes: 1 egg white = 2 tbsp; 2 egg whites = 1/4 cup; 4 egg whites = 1/2 cup; 14 egg whites = 1 lb (1 carton). Keep refrigerated. 33 - 40 degrees F (1 - 4 degrees C). When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. 1. Twist cap to pierce carton. 2. Ready to pour. No pull ring. After opening, use within 7 days.
