Directions: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 30 minutes. Makes 8 (2 taco) servings. 1 pkg. Cholula Carnitas Seasoning Mix. 3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch chunks. 1/2 cup water. 1. Place pork and water in pressure cooker. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal. 2. Set to cook for 30 minutes on Meat/Stew function or until tender. When done, quick-release pressure. Open lid once pressure inside pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer's manual for safe operating directions.) 3. Transfer pork to bowl, reserving cooking liquid separately. Shred pork and return to pot along with 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Set to Saute function. Sprinkle pork with Seasoning Mix. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve in tacos or use to top burrito bowls. Also great for enchiladas and quesadillas. Cholula Tips: For Crispy Carnitas: Spread shredded meat on large shallow baking pan. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is browned with crispy edges. Serve with toppings such as queso fresco or Cotija cheese, avocado, finely chopped onions, cilantro, lime wedges and Cholula Hot Sause.
